Review: Cruel Hand – The Negatives

Review: Cruel Hand – The Negatives

Cruel Hand needed four years to come up with a new album – and four years can be a long, challenging time for young adults and a band. “The Negatives” proves that a band can integrate new ideas, new influences, new role models, and yet still have retain their trademark sound. One easily recognizes their style in the guitar work and the powerful voice, while at the same time the different layout of the songs and the rock’n’roll influence try to dominate the album as well. Cruel Hand have never been a die hard hardcore band (nor a die hard metal band for that matter), a fact from which they profit now: “The Negatives” is a good match of different styles, merged into ass kicking songs.

And the pre-order vinyl version rocks the boat!
